If this lasts more than 5 minutes. Reset the modem and router. Easily done in a couple of steps:
1) By going to the entertainment console on the main floor, opening the middle doors and you will find two power bars.
2) Flick them off for 10 seconds then flick them on.
3) wait 7 minutes.

In the event of a water leak.
Go into the basement turn right at the bottom of the stairs, you will find the main water shut off. Turn the green handle.

If you smell gas at any time.
First, check the toilets to make sure the water level is appropriate.
If you feel it necessary to shut off the gas, do so by turning the yellow gas valves (2) in the basement.

An Extinguisher is located in the mudroom by the garage door.
Smoke alarms are beeping. Batteries are replaced regularly whether they need it or not, but if an issue arises batteries are in the main floor desk bottom right hand drawer.
